Valuation of BeeBonds SRL, a start-up active in the FinTech industry through a crowd-lending platform

In the context of a contemplated shareholder restructuring, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis to determine the fair value of the shares of BeeBonds.

Created in 2016 and FSMA certified since 2019, BeeBonds SRL is a FinTech start-up specialized in the crowd-lending through a user-friendly platform. BeeBonds also contributes to a better world by financing beehives for each successful project.

For our valuation works, 3 valuation methods have been retained, being (i) the Discounted Cash Flow, (ii) the Venture Capital Method and (iii) the “Build-up” Method. They were corroborated with market references and the Sum of the Parts Method.
