Valuation of Heli and Co, a company specialized in Helicopter services

BDO has been appointed by Heli and Co SA in order to determine the fair value of their shares and assist the management in the context of a capital operation.
Created in 2005, Heli and Co is a medium-size company engaged in the helicopter services sector, providing aerial shooting, high precision work, transport, coordination, training, and leisure services.
The valuation work was carried out using the Discounted Cash Flow method (based on the sum of all cash flows expected in the future), the Multiple valuation method (based on the price at which similar companies are exchanged on the market), and the costs approach (based on the combined value of all the costs).
