Valuation of the scale-up Kedroz and its “healthcare” social network Stent.care

In the context of a contemplated fundraising, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis of the Stent.care project.
Stent.care is a social network that connects people with the same health disabilities as well as their family, to share experience and help each other. With strict GDPR compliance and leveraging on RWD (Real World Data), the project aims at disrupting data and analytics in the healthcare industry.
Our valuation approach consisted primarily in Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Venture Capital Method (VCM) methods, corroborated with both cost and empirical approaches.
