Valuation of Sparkers, leader in data analytics for Gaming and Entertainment

In the context of a stock option plan (SOP) implementation, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis of Sparkers, spin-off of B2Boost.
Based in Belgium but also operating abroad, Sparkers offers an industry-leading platform to collect, clean, enrich and deliver data to the world’s largest video games publishers and distributors (incl. Sony, Electronic Arts, Activision Blizzard…).
The assignment consisted in modelling a valuation tool (relying on DCF and Multiples methods) enabling to update Sparkers’ equity value on a regular basis.
