Valuation of Vetasoft, a Belgian developer of video games

In the context of a contemplated minority stake investment, BDO has conducted a valuation exercise of Vetasoft SRL.

Based in Belgium, Balio Studio a trademark of Vetasoft develops (i) video games for mobile phones, computers, portable consoles and shows, (ii) asset tools for developers of video games and VR multimedia.

The assignment consisted in challenging the management’s business plan and valuing the company through several methods (Discounted Cash Flow, Venture Capital Method and Comparable Transaction references).
