Green Park Investment Partners obtains majority stake in B&MI Group

The Benelux private equity investor Green Park has acquired a majority stake in the capital of Business & Marketing Improvement (B&MI) Group in order to support the group's ambitious growth plans. The balance will be held by the company's management team under the leadership of CEO Philippe Van Elst. SMS-Timing is the brand of the B&MI Group, with headquarters based in Geel (Belgium), specialized in the development of proprietary software, hardware and services for karting centers all over the world. B&MI is a true international leader in the market of ICT solutions for karting centers. The company is serving more than 300 customers in more than 70 different countries.
