In the context of a contemplated capital operation and stock option plan, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis of Olmavita.

Olmavita is a Belgian scale-up offering a range of premium CBD (cannabidiol) products with different concentrations, used to contribute to well-being of people facing e.g. stress, sore and painful muscles, skin or immunity problems. Already leader in Belgium, Olmavita aims at becoming the top European CBD brand provider.

For the valuation of the company, our approach consisted in historical analysis (costs, last capital round), empirical model (“build-up”) as well as prospective methods (Discounted Cash Flow, Venture Capital Method).
