He also coordinated tax, legal, social, IT and operational due diligence. He also has held operational functions, such as Finance Manager of headquarter entities of an international group and CFO of a medium-sized company held by venture capitalists. He therefore has a hands-on service approach, taking into account the actual needs of the client.
