Frederik is an associate and member of the Board of Directors of BDO and has been working at our tax department since 2005. He is heading up the BDO Roeselare tax department. He is advising regularly on tax matters in different areas (financing, IP, M&A, real estate, tax reorganizations and tax matters relating to and for the benefit of M&A and due diligence transaction..). He is a regular speaker on (internal and external) seminars and author of different books. Frederik is a recognized tax consultant under Belgian law.
