Johan has developed his experience over some 20 years within BDO’s legal practice as a tax legal adviser, specialising in Corporate, M&A and Restructuring.
He has developed an experience in a wide range of sectors such as food & beverage, construction, manufacturing, insurance, retail, services as well as different types of enterprises, family owned as well as in an international environment.
Based on his experience Johan also acts as an independent member of advisory boards organised within family owned business, advising them on the implementation of a different type of Corporate Governance. Johan is General Counsel of BDO Belgium and member of the Executive Committee.
