Kim Van den Bergh has obtained a Master’s Degree in Political and Social Sciences. She then started working as a recruitment consultant and decided to switch to payroll in 2006. After a few years as a payroll consultant, she became responsible for one of the offices of a social secretariat. Kim has been the head of BDO Belgium’s payroll team since 2017 and together with her team, she processes the payroll of both local and international companies. She also has experience as a payroll teacher.
