Data management
Even the best software and ERP do not guarantee efficient management. The quality of the input data and how easily they can be collected may not be underestimated. Once the input data is on point, the objective is two-fold:
- Use the mass of data to anticipate evolutions (e.g., client orders);
- Convert data in value by generating dashboards and reports that clearly depict the indicators of importance for the company and its needs.
Such predicting analyses are essentially impossible without software solutions (such as ERP) and an automated data collection.
