Valuation of Decisios, a Belgian scale-up offering an IT solution for clinical pathways and processes optimization dedicated to hospitals

In the context of a contemplated fundraising, BDO has conducted a valuation analysis of Decisios, a spin-off of the IT / data company Eonix.

Decisios is offering a management software for hospitals based on clinical pathways, including medical, logistic, administrative, financial and communication processes. The company aims at optimizing internal workflow of hospitals, on both financial and qualitative aspects.

The valuation approach consisted primarily in scenario-based Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Venture Capital Method (VCM) methods, corroborated with direct comparisons, cost analysis as well as empirical approaches.
